I am so in love with these sponges. I have tried a few in the past and have been happy with all so far, but they have all been different which was great for me. I really liked this one and can honestly say that I can not see myself not using a sponge as part of my daily routine now when it comes to washing my face. I love the fact that this is 100% NATURAL ECO-AND-ANIMAL FRIENDLY BIODEGRADABLE, which means great all around. I also loved the size of this. You can use this on your face or body does not matter. I use this on my face and may just get another one for my body to use as well.
You really do not need facial cleanser with this but I will warn if you do want to add your face wash you really only need a little. A little goes such a long way.
