ATOB REVIEW

     

I think that in today’s day and age, there are so many clothing stores out there, and so much to choose from. A lot of the stuff is the same ol same ol. So I LOVE when I happen to come across unique clothing. And that’s exactly what happened when I came across  A Touch Of Blood  . This is a cute store on Etsy that I came across on accident, and boy was I glad. The owner has some of the best original pieces of clothing, that you wont find anywhere else. Her designs tend to show off female empowerment. She likes her work to show off women being depicted as strong,powerful and in control, but at the same time being sexy,beautiful and delicate. She even says that “ She doesn't think you have to sacrifice any of these traits for another” Which is so true! And this is what her clothing is all about.

The owner's name is Cassandra is so sweet. She agreed to work with me on a review and I was so excited. We chatted up some and I found out that she has a background in art and her clothing is just more than clothing. You know how some shirts we buy off the rack are mass produced? Not at ATOB, not even close. Her clothes are wearable art, limited edition and hand made one at a time. Everything she has is hand numbered and autographed.

 The shirt she sent me to review was the “ Murderous Tee”. I honestly love this shirt. Its unique and original. Her site states that “ This is the first shirt in a series based on modern day vices. It is about the glamorization of violence.” I love how the girl on the front looks powerful and in control. The quality of the shirt was excellent. I ordered a large because shirts tend to ride up on me which I hate, and I was nervous that that would be the case with this one. I was so happy to see when opening up the box that the shirt was nice and long, which I LOVE. It is soooo sooo hard for me to find shirts like this. Ladies, I know you know what I am talking about. You bend over and your whole back is exposed, leaving your goodies for every one to see. Not the case with the shirt she sent me. Its longer and is actually very slimming, and I can even see myself wearing it with leggings.

 Another favorite of mine from ATOB is the “ Customizable Angel Wings Hoodie” Actually I am in love with this hoodie and I haven’t even seen it in person yet. Its simply my style. It has pink and white angel wings on it. Pink is my favorite color and I LOVE anything Angel Wings. I also found out that As a holiday bonus, you can add a custom name directly under the left chest embroidery design for no extra charge in the same pink thread. Each hoodie is custom made to order so allow time for this. You can even pick the font you want your name to be in. How cool is that. I knew you ladies would love this. My favorite products Part 1 & Review

So we all have that go to product that we just can't live without right? Mine is Crest White Strips.

 I Have been using them for years. And I can honestly say that they work. My Teeth are WHITE! They have all different levels now, where you can even get 2 hour whitening strips. I use the original ones. They are the cheapest and although they take more time, I find that they work great. I have used the 3d White and the Advanced Vivid and they work great as well. I get compliments on my teeth all the time about how white they are. I hate to admit but I smoke and you could NEVER tell by looking at my teeth. I pop a white strip in when I am getting ready doing my makeup in the morning, or sometimes even when I am tanning.  The original ones are guaranteed to give you whiter teeth in just two weeks. The advanced Crest 3D White Whitestrips Advanced Vivid, you will start seeing results after 3 days, which IS ALSO TRUE.

I did my first kit about 5 years ago where I did them every day for two weeks. Now since I did that, I just Maintain and buy a box and just slap one on whenever I want a touch up. 

I have to mention that some people do notice sensitivity with their teeth after using them. For me that is not the case, but I do know people that this has happened to, so just a heads up if your extra sensitive.

And I have been using it for about two weeks now. Already I have noticed great color. Its not streaky at all and doesn't leave you orange like some tanning lotions do. Review -Misikko Hana Shine Shield

Hello girls,

I decided to do my first review. This is not a product that the company sent me to review. In fact I won it from a great Blog giveaway ! Anyway..Since I LOVE hair products, I was very excited to try this. Want to know what I think?

HANA Shine Shield Thermal Protectant

Well..First day I tried it I really didn't put much effort forth..

In fact I was in a rush and after I showered I put some in my hair..Then got distracted and ran around house cleaning up and stuff..I finally blow dried my hair like half hour later and really wasn't impressed..My hair did feel silky..But TOO Silky..So I knew that I really hadn't done it right..I was experimenting..and Now I know I used to much...

Did I GIVE UP?? Nope...

Few days later I was going to the Italian Feast that my hometown has every year..

Showered and started to get ready..I tried this again..This time FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS haha..Placed a small small sized amount in my hand.

Hardly anything..

Rubbed it together between my palms..

Flipped my head upside down and starting at the roots going down I applied it..

Then I blow dried my hair, and used my flat iron( Which isn't in the best shape..NEED A New One asap! Been trying 2 win an awesome new one, but that's besides the point..LoL)..

So ya after I finished styling my hair I came  up with the verdict..

I love it!

The trick??

 Well at least for my hair which is a shorter bob..

( Longer in front shorter in back..such as POSH SPICE's infamous hair style..)

 The trick is using such a small amount!

It didn't weigh my hair down one bit..

And I FOUND It worked amazing when I dried my hair immediately afterwards followed by the flat iron..

So this was a trial and error process for me..

But I was happy with the END results..

My camera is on the fritz and I do not have a picture to show you ..

But at the feast that night my sister came up to me and asked if I had gotten a new flat iron..( I hadn't)..

She told me my hair looked so smooth and straight..

( I naturally have straight hair but it gets a little wavy and frizzy if I don't dry it ..

So I always blow dry and run the flat iron threw my hair..

On a scale of one to ten...

I give it an 8..

I have used other products like this and the others one really weighed my hair down..and left it feeling greasy..Now I did think that this was going to be the same thing..But Nopeeee...And This will be part of my daily hair care routine from now on..
