Mother Gives Daughter Voucher for Boob Job


So This mother apparently gave her 7 year old a voucher to get her boob's done, when she turns 16. Yaaaa crazy right? Just a taddddd bit inappropriate if you ask my opinion. What is wrong with people. Someone please tell me. Thankssss! LoL
